Peaceful, quite and secure. I
love the salt water pools and
that it is a gated community.

I lived their for a year and i
really liked it other than
fact that the ppl that lived
below always complained i was
loud. 80 % of the time i was
alone. My neighbor below me
called the cops on me @ 2.30
in the afternoon because i was
being too loud ( I was
cleaning my house) Hello !
its an apartment and they are
not sound proof ... I lived on
the 2nd floor. So i bought a
house thats the reason i moved

I would recommend it. I would
tell them that like any place
else, you have some bad eggs
in the complex. However, for
the most part everyone is nice
and polite and picks up after
them selves. The only bad
thing is that some people are
too lazy to walk and put their
trash in the compactor and
will not attend to their pets
properly, ie., keeping them on
the leash ( still not being
done at all) and picking up
after their pet ( still not
being done at all).

It is relatively quiet for an
apartment complex and the
staff is very nice and
helpful. The grounds and
facility are kept clean and in
working condition.

over 4 years and you couldn't
get me to move anywhere else
in the Lafayette. Great
amenities, quiet, and the
staff is awesome

We have enjoyed our time at
Grand Pointe. Our Neighbors
upstairs were very loud, but I
think they have either moved
or changed their schedule...so
its all good now. We like it
here.

Our experience has been very
positive. The apartments are
large and well maintained. The
staff are very helpful when
needed.
Our only difficulty has been
with neighbors complaining of
noise (normal living noises of
a family of five during the
daytime).

An up to date community with a
fantastic staff that's
friendly and always willing to
help. It's been a pleasure
living here and I highly
recommend it to anyone.
